In order to meet the 21st century, the era of digital cinema, Swans U.S. engineers in the development of a well-known D3.2 speaker, based on a time synchronization calibration technology and re-designed high-bass unit, and further developed the Swans D3.2 HT Digital theater systems. Swans D3.2 HT digital 5 channel theater system is configured to meet the demanding requirements of AC-3/DTS digital cinema sound.
To give the best dynamic bass output, the system uses our well known D6.8 woofers featuring the newest electro-acoustic design concepts. Optimized Thiele / Small parameter design, Denmark PMK double integration high strength mica infused cones. German made high depletion durable rubber surrounds and British made high stability penetration support surround centering system. At the center of the drivers technology are the 75mm high power oversized voice coils giving maximum dynamic output with little distortion.
For high frequency reproduction, the D3.2 HT speakers use our X1 high end dome tweeter. The driver features a 25 mm German dome diaphragm , ferro fluid cooled magnetic circuit, and a high power capacity aluminum voice coil. The shielded high energy magnetic circuit system is optimal for home theater use and gives an almost perfect frequency response.
D3.2 front channel speakers were designed to balance the principles of neutral accurate sound with modern design. Drivers are configured to a D’Appolito structure to improve vertical directivity. Cabinets are built in an asymmetric box structure that can effectively reduce acoustic resonance and eliminates standing waves. D3.2C center channel and D3.2R surround channel speakers are built using the same drivers to maintain tonal accuracy and give a uniform sound field across all 5 channels.
